Refund policy
At Haus Of Buddy, every item is made to order — one by one, just for you. That means we don’t hold inventory, and we can’t process traditional returns like big-box stores. But we do care about making things right, and we handle any issues with care and common sense.
🐶 Custom Items
Items with personalization — like custom names, photos, or made-to-order features — are final sale. Since these pieces are created just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item is misprinted or arrives damaged, just send us a photo within 30 days, and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund — no hassle.
👕 Non-Custom Items
If your item isn’t personalized, we’re happy to work with you:
-Once the item is received we will send you a 50% off code to use on a replacement no questions asked.
-You must mail the item back to us (We will give you the address).
This helps us recover the product for possible reuse (photoshoots, local events, etc.), while still making sure you get the item you really wanted.
Please make sure you email us with the email below to start the return process and get the address the item(s) should be returned to.
📏 Sizing Issues
We include detailed size charts on every product page and encourage you to double-check before ordering. Since each item is made to order, we can’t offer full returns for sizing mistakes — but we will offer the same 50% off code once the original item is returned.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something’s wrong — wrong item, damage in transit, or a print issue — reach out to us within 30 days with a quick photo and description. We’ll handle it with care and get you a replacement or refund right away.
